Brian Neville, PT, DPTBrian earned his B.S in Biology from Tufts University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. Brian has been a practicing clinician in Washington, DC for over 6 years, with post-graduate training in the US and abroad. He received his Certificate of Manual Physical Therapy from Manual Concepts during intensive coursework in Perth, Australia in 2012. Brian has been a Level 1 USAT certified triathlon coach and has had the pleasure of treating numerous local runners and triathletes during his experience as a clinician. Additionally, Brian is certified in trigger point dry needling as appropriate to facilitate pain relief to enable improved movement.

Brian’s treatment philosophy is centered on achieving better movement and function. Whether the issue is back pain, neck pain, arthritis, headaches, or another issue limiting your participation in your life, one-on-one care means a partnership. Brian is an avid learner and aims to allow his patients to better understand how they can learn to help themselves during and after rehabilitation sessions. He believes in focusing on active treatments when possible to enable his patients to gain better, sustainable performance in daily life or athletic endeavors.
